What Shipping Services Do You Use?
All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, once processed, go out DHL, United States Postal Service Priority or Express Mail. Tracking numbers are given, but the postal service does not typically allow tracking of this number until the package has been delivered. Please note that minor adjustments to the shipping rate may be required depending upon the country of shipment and the current shipping rates.

How Long Does It Take To Ship?
We typically ship Monday-Friday and try to process orders within 48 hours (except holidays and weekends). Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will process the next business day. Sometimes due to demand orders can be delayed by increased volume during holidays and promotional weekends. Please be patient during these times as we work hard to get all orders out in a timely manner. During these times please allow 3-5 business days from the time your order is made for it to ship.

    Our policy lasts 180 days. If more than 180 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    SUBSCRIPTIONS

    Products are automatically delivered on the date from the day you placed your first order, with FREE shipping for all Subscribe & Save products. 

    ** Subscriptions are set for a minimum of one (1) delivery before you are able to cancel. After your first subscription order ships, you may cancel at any time without incurring cancellation fees.

    Cancel Your Subscription

    To modify or cancel a subscription, please call our customer support number (510) 605-3796 from 9am - 5pm EST, Monday through Friday. One of our customer success agents can quickly help you modify or cancel your subscription right away.

    If all agents are busy, or if you want to contact us outside our business hours above, please send an email to noorhaircontact@gmail.com Include your order number in your email, so we can quickly locate your subscription and make the modification or cancellation. Our hard working customer support team will respond with 12-24 hours and fulfill your request.

    You will then receive an email, confirming that the subscription modification or cancellation was done successfully.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


    Domestic
    The shipping department is able to ship to street addresses and PO Boxes within the United States. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order. We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.

    Packages being shipped through DHL will be delivered to the local post office for delivery.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

     

    Super Serum Free Trial Terms:

    By placing a free trial order you agree to receive a Noor Super Serum bottle for FREE, and pay just $9.95 shipping fee. If after 30 days you choose to continue with your Super Serum membership you will NEVER pay the regular rate of $99 and will receive a discount of just $59.95 + $0 shipping per month for your bottle for as long as you desire. The charge on your credit card will appear as Noor Hair. If you wish to end your membership at any time, just us know by contacting our customer success team.
