  5. Right to Data Portability: EU residents have the right to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another data controller without hindrance. This right applies when the processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means.

  6. Right to Object: Residents have the right to object to the processing of their personal data for certain purposes, including direct marketing and profiling. Once an objection is raised, the organization must stop processing the data unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for processing.

  7. Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making and Profiling: EU residents have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Exceptions apply only with explicit consent or necessary contractual arrangements.
