If you purchased our Porch Pirate Protection plan during checkout your order will be replaced at no cost to you. If you did not select our Porch Pirate Plan, we unfortunately do not insure outbound packages and cannot guarantee your product will be replaced. What Are Noor Hair’s Shipping Charges?

We offer free shipping for all subscription purchases and one-time purchases for orders over $100. For one-time purchases under $100, we charge $7.95 for shipping and handling fees.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Orders are processed for shipment within 2-3 days. After your order is processed, it takes 3-5 business days for the shipment to arrive.

Processing may take longer if the order was placed around the Holidays or on a weekend.

How Do I Track My Package?
