Return Policy. If you are not happy with your product(s), please reach out to email@example.com to tell us more about your concerns. We accept returns for all items, no questions asked, within 180 days of delivery. Returnable items require proof of purchase in order to refund the item. Please note certain exceptions to our Return Policy may impact your order’s eligibility for a refund.*
*The Return Policy does not apply to products purchased with a Discount Code or Subscription Products.
*Certain items are non-returnable, including: (i) Gift Cards, (ii) Downloadable Software Products; & (iii) Some Additional Health & Personal Care Products.
*Partial Refunds may be granted, at the sole discretion of Noor Hair, in certain events, such as: (i) Items returned that are not in original condition; (ii) Items that are damaged or missing parts that are not at the fault of Noor Hair; OR (iii) Items returns after 180 days from the date of delivery.
Exchange Policy. If you receive any damaged or tampered products, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a picture of the damaged product for assistance.
Return Shipments. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Noor Hair HQ, PO Box 90129 Lakeland, FL 33804. You can either contact email@example.com to receive a refund shipping label or ship a return to us with your own shipping label.
Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
180-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. We offer a 180-Day No-Questions-Asked 100% Satisfaction Guarantee or your money back. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return requests. Our policy lasts up to 180 days from the date of delivery. If more than 180 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. In certain circumstances, Noor Hair may authorize a partial refund for items returned after 180 days. However, this right is at the sole discretion of Noor Hair. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To submit a refund request, please follow the following instructions:
- Email us at email@example.com with “Refund Request” and your order number in the subject line. We encourage you to include additional information on why you’d like to return the product, but it is not required.
- Package the item(s) you wish to return and ship us back the product at your local post office.*
- Ensure that your return shipment is postmarked within 180 days of the original delivery date.
- Once the unused product arrives at our warehouse and is inspected by our team, we will process a refund to the original method of payment and send an email confirmation.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 180 days after delivery.
- Any items that are missing parts, damaged or tampered with prior to return (aside from errors by Noor Hair’s warehouse team).
Please note, refund request acceptance is subject to our sole discretion. We can only offer one refund per customer, limited at the total amount of the customer’s initial order. Additionally, we are happy to offer free shipping on all purchases, but return shipping will be deducted from the return amount. To qualify, you must have purchased the returned product(s) directly from NoorHairOfficial.com and returned products must contain remaining unused capsules in purchased form. Products purchased with a discount code and recurring subscription payments do not qualify for the 180-Day No-Questions-Asked 100% Satisfaction Guarantee offer.
How Soon Will I Get My Refund? Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 business days after approval.
