Shipping & Orders Policy
Domestic U.S. Shipping. We currently ship to the continental U.S. via standard carries (i.e., USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). Products are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the order date. However, delivery is not guaranteed within 5 days due to external factors outside of our control that can impact shipments. If you have any questions with the delivery of your order, please contact email@example.com with your order confirmation number and tracking number in the email subject. Please note, orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.
International Shipping. International orders take approximately 10-14 days to deliver once it processes in our warehouse. We only ship to select international locations. Order Tracking. Tracking details are automatically sent via email once the order has been processed by our warehouse. If you have any questions regarding your order, shipping method, or expected arrival, you can check the status via your tracking number or email us at email@example.com with your order confirmation number and tracking number in the email subject for assistance.
Can I Update My Shipping Address? Yes, you can do so by contacting our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (510) 605-3796 for assistance. If your order has already been processed by our warehouse, this change will affect the next order. If the order has already been processed, unfortunately we cannot change the address or redirect the shipment. When Will My Next Order Be Delivered? Tracking details are automatically sent via email once the order has been processed by our warehouse. You can check the status of your order with this tracking number in your email.
My Order Status Says “Delivered” But I Never Received It. Unfortunately, some orders may be mishandled or misplaced by the various postal services that we use. There are some cases when orders take a day or two longer than planned to arrive or are marked delivered but don’t show up until the next day. If the order still hasn't arrived two business days after the estimated delivery or two business days after having been marked delivered, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
